In March 2012, the Children's Education and Development Center
“Taurenīši” & “Butterflies”was founded.
The center operates in warm
sand facilities as well as other
classes with various natural
materials that develop the fine
finger muscles, which in turn
promotes speech development
and stabilizes behavioral
disorders for children of all
ages.
It has been scientifically proven
and grounded that sand handling
helps children develop and reduce behavioral, perceptual, speech and
movement disorders.
Thus, the events and activities organized by the Center are especially
important and useful for children with developmental disorders.
During the lesson, children usually work with colored sand, glue, paper,
etc.
A little physical activity is also provided for sensation and diversity.
the process of colorful grain play can support and balance the child's
senses and emotional processes, improve the processes of concentration,
and influence the manifestations of hyperactivity.
